Privacy file · active builder

Your denial text stays on your device in the active builder.

The appeal builder is designed to work without an account and without sending the text of your denial notice to an AI model or to our application server.

What the builder does

When you paste a denial notice and choose Pull details on this device, a small rules-based parser runs in your browser. It looks for likely fields such as insurer, plan type, service, reason, date, deadline, and reference number. You must verify every field against the original notice.

The draft and form values remain in the current browser page. Copying or downloading the draft is an action you initiate on your device. The current builder does not create an account, save a case, or transmit the text you enter to the site's appeal API.

What you should avoid sharing

Do not send denial letters, medical records, member IDs, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive health information by ordinary email. The public correction and press contact is not a secure channel for personal health information.

Hosting and ordinary request logs

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and operations. Those ordinary page requests are separate from the contents of the appeal-builder fields; this application does not intentionally add those field values to URLs, analytics events, or server requests.

Limits

Browser extensions, managed devices, copied text, downloaded files, and the device itself are outside this site's control. Use a device and network you trust. This page describes the active builder in this codebase; if data handling changes, the product copy and this page must change before release.
